It’s the day before Independence Day here in the states! How are you celebrating? I’m reflecting on some of my favorite amigurumis from when I first learned to crochet. In fact, I learned how to count stitches by making a tiny stuffed hippo. Below you’ll see two reindeer and a silly-looking penguin:

We’re not done yet!I call him “Don, the alternative reindeer,” because he’s way too cool for all those reindeer games. Psht.This little guy ended up as a donation to some lucky kid in need of a Christmas toy. Hope he liked Perry the Penguin!Sunsets in Santa Rosa are even better with friends 🙂
